The North Dakota State College of Science of Wahpeton, ND partners with Job Service North Dakota to prove a staff person in Oakes for job training purposes.
The Southeast Area Career and Technology Center (SEACTC) located in Oakes, also partners with Job Service North Dakota to meet local employer needs. The SEACTC is equipped with the latest video conferencing equipment making it possible to link interactively for training programs virtually anywhere. Additional technical training centers are located in Sisseton and Webster, South Dakota, all within a 100 mile radius.
Partnerships with area colleges and universities also provide work force training and educational programs for a wide array of occupations.
